Einige fragen sich wohl, woher das iPad so schnelle Speicher hat? Da sollen SSDs im Einsatz sein und damit ist das Ding auch recht performant. Deshalb gibt es wohl so manche Info über diese Performance… Interessant ist ja, dass es auch bald 600GB SSDs gibt und damit kann man ja schon leben. Hier sind die Gedanken und Diskussionen um das iPad. Meine Erwartungen hat es komplett „erfüllt“. In jeder Hinsicht. Ich denke, dass in den USA mit dem Teil eine Möglickeit das bisher ansich noch vollkommen unlebendige ebook zu beleben und erstmals Zeitungen und Zeitschriften in „urbanen Regionen“ als crediblen Akt von „Style“ zu bringen. Das spart auch Papier. Bisher gab es keine Micropayments und so weiter, die das halbwegs gut gelöst haben. Deshalb sind auch die vielen Reader mit Dr.Kindle auf der Flucht.
