ABOUT Something like the SH201, JP8000 oder the VA-section from the v-synth expanded and made as a nice easy to use synth with usb and memory stick extra slot to save patches to - 3 layers (osc - filter - amp with LFO and 3 ENVs each)
This synth is basically monotimbral, so all 3 Synths are controlled by one MIDI Channel via USB oder MIDI, the rest is a simple General MIDI generator including Drums on Channel 10 for external use. Don't know why, but it's there. Audio is also available via USB as well as the ext. input. But 44.kHz only.

DETAILS With Sync or Ringmod one of the 3 filters will be lost, but basically it's really 3 layers for one of those 64 voices (!) plus FX it's 3 of them at the same time.
All Waveforms got 2 variations that sound differently, so the noise has a "colour" control and a mode that creates some strange crackling noise, there is the classic super saw also.
LFOs and ENVs are not faster than those of the V-Synth or the old SH-Series.
In fact there is a second LFO available, that can be routed to Pitch, Filter and Amp when the Mod Bender is pushed. So it's 2x3 LFOs in here.
All Waveforms got 2 variations that sound differently, so the noise has a "colour" control and a mode that creates some strange crackling noise, there is the classic super saw also.
