TERRATEC - Terratec Producer
originally a soundcard company but they got hardware and software synths, too and collaborated with Waldorf (Microwave PC), so maybe thats the reason for the Komplexer Synth which is basically a Waldorf MicroQ in Software. They are not so Mac-friendly so there has never been a Microwave Mac or a Mac Komplexer..
