3D Wavetables – Synthesis Technology E352

E352 ist ein Wavetable-Oszillator – anders als die anderen sortiert er alles ein Feld von 8×8 Positionen ein, wodurch primär die Ansteuerung eine andere ist. Der dritte Parameter Z macht es so gesehen „dreidimensional“. Außerdem gibt es eine grafische Morph-Funktion. Das CT gab es bisher ohne Display, im neuen bekommt man auch wirklich einiges zu sehen. Die Z-Ebene kommt von der SD Card, die anderen sind aus dem internen Speicher. Können aber auch entsprechend eingestellt von anderen Quellen kommen.

The E352 is a Wavetable OSC that organizes it’s Wavetables in a Matrix plus a 3rd Dimension – the Z Axis – they all can be assigned to internal or Card Wavetables – all is shown on screen – can be morphed from one of the tables to another one that can be assigned and CV mod’ed. all older functions are also in here – but you can also see complete waveforms – sometimes 2 of them as start and end position – so in case of phase control (etc) it’s easy to watch on a screen and get the idea very quickly.
