Mutable Instruments Plaits – 16 OSC Models & D-Envelope

Ein unglaubliches Modul war ja schon der Vorgänger
Braids -> Plaits, aber die neue Version ist schmaler, günstiger (weil Display nicht mehr nötig, LEDs tun den Job genau so), außerdem gibt es jetzt 3 CV Eingänge für Parameter, insgesamt sind jetzt 16 Algorithmen bereit wie FM, Karplus Strong, Physical Modelling, Granular und auch Klassiker bis hin zu Drums wie Bassdrum, Snare, Hihat und Co.

Dazu gibt es eine kleine „Nothüllkurve“, wenn man mal kein Modul mehr frei hat. Dadurch kann man schon mit einer kleinen Menge an Plaids einen sehr aufwendiges Drum-Set zusammenstellen. Vielleicht noch ein Erica Drum-Modul dazu für Samples und man ist extrem flexibel.

Plaits- oder besser Teile von Plaits sind auch in Korgs neuen Synthesizern mit Digital-VCO gelandet – also Prologue, Minilogue XD und ggf. Folgende..
