VC1 Vocal Converter – Pitch/Amplitude Tracking – Harmonizing – Synthesizer for Voices

Der VC1 ist das Bindeglied zwischen Synthesizer und Controller und Effekten wie Harmonizer und (Tonhöhen-)Autokorrektur-Tools. Warum? Er nimmt die Stimme direkt ab wie Trio damals mit dem Kehlkopfmikrofon (ok, das war nur Tonabnahme, kein Processing in irgendeiner Form). Daraus generiert es offenbar ein MIDI Signal (sieht schwer nach USB-MIDI aus) – außerdem trackt das Gerät die Stimme offenbar sehr effektiv und schnell. Das scheint das interessante hier zu sein. Das Gerät gibt es noch nicht zu kaufen, sondern wird per Crowdfunding zu haben sein, wenn man Glück hat. Das scheint sich zu lohnen. mehr

this is a fast tracking analyzer for voices but also a synth with modular concept (40 modules exist so far).
it does:
– tracking pitch, harmonizing and correcting it
– building envelopes for the synth
– generates MIDI
– is a synth (40 modules)

this one starts off as a crowd funding campaign, very soon.
looks it’s worth a lot since it seems to track any voice at ease and does it super well, to my ears..
