DW8000 Problem mit System?

I have a DW-8000 that has lost its memory. I have reset the keyboard (by pressing buttons 5 & 6 when you switch on) and tried loading back the data via the tape input. I’ve also replaced the on board memory battery. Please what am I doing wrong and please can you help me. Do I needed to reprogram my synth completely via the midi port using ‘Midi-Ox’. Also when the synth was working the occasional note would ‘hold on’ for some reason this may be related. Do I need a new CPU board. I have sent a similar to other DW-8000 users and have not replied to my query. I would be most grateful if you treat this note with great concern. I am writing to various specialists to see if they can help me with my problem. Maybe I should set up a blog. Perhaps that may help as well.

also ich hab mir mal notiert wie die SysEx Dumps funtionieren: grobes Prinzip ist jeden Sound einzeln an den DW-8000 zu senden bzw. einzeln (in meinem Fall in Cubase) abzuspeichern. Geht über Data Request und so. habe dann von den internen Sounds ein Backup in Cubase erstellt und auch getestet Sounds wieder an den DW-8000 zurückzuschicken, das funktioniert. Ich wäre auch bereit diese Daten zur Verfügung zu stellen incl. Erklärung wie man die Hexadecimal Werte programmiert. Die Erklärungen sind zur Zeit natürlich nur in deutsch.

Meinst Du das wäre eine Hilfe?

For resetting the DW-8000, you have to press (5) + (8) while powering up. This should clear the RAM.
Pressing (5) + (6) sets the DW into DAC adjusment mode!

Be shure to have the WRITE ENABLE and TAPE ENABLE switches on the back in the correct position.
Remember that the tape input only responds to an audio version of the RAM data. If you have your sounds in MIDI sysEX, i would recommend Anthony Ruggeri's DW-8000 editor software (freeware) to get them back into the DW.

Stuck notes are a common problem on the first version of the DW's software. I have an DW with the earliest Software version and the problem occurs only 1-2 times per month (while using it nearly every day).
