ABOUT this is a semimodular synth very very influenced by Buchla. But it's signal path is patchable when it comes to modulation, not the audio path.
anyway it may be the most inspiring synth made for years with this amount of components. of course one might wish another LFO or envelope (me at least), but it lets you be creative because it's not a boring set of components - you tweak one osc by FM of another, shape it and change it by the might delay-effect that can be tracked - this is the big thing, along with loopable envelope and sequencer.

ABOUT Bei Buchla inspiriert ist er schonmal deutlich. Allerdings ist er nicht modular, nur die Steuerleitungen kann man selbst verschalten. Genau das macht ihn aber recht schnell bedienbar und übersichtlich. Er dürfte bei der Auswahl der Baugruppen das effektivste sein, was man aussuchen kann.
Man kann sich zwar noch einen LFO und eine ADSR Hüllkurve wünschen, aber dieser Synthesizer macht einen fast zwangsweise kreativ. Kein Moog, Roland, Korg…

DETAILS The second envelope can be looped and is fast as hell, because it's speed is relative to the whole time not just repeating the envelope.
there is a large number of tunings and scales incl. african and japanese scales which is quite rare, still.
LFO noise means to add chaos to the wave - seamlessly.
the second oscillator is there for modulation of the main osc (fm) and it's sine wave can be mixed into the system, so it's a suboscillator with a special meaning.
the waveguide delay can be tracked - this is a secret and very cool way to use per voice since for experimental sounds.
and of course there is a low pass gate for subtle changes.

SOUND very experimental noises but also very classical one, also it's easy to access and play and change the patch while playing because it has a very clear layout. of course glitch, idm and clicks and cuts musicians will be happy about this synth.
SOUND ungewöhnliche und direkte Klänge, experimentelles, IDM, Glitch und Clicks n Cuts-Musiker werden ihre Freude dran haben. Sehr kompakt und direkt, deshalb durchaus fähig live umzuregistrieren trotz der Komplexität
