but where is 9the pin in U1D and U3D, and where to mesure?

The last letter (A,B,C,D) is just which part of the chip is meant if there is more than one.
So U1A, U1B, U1C, U1D are all in chip U1.

As U1 is (AFAIR) an TL074 (or TL084) it has 14 Pins and that does look like this:

Yep i get this where to put the first one... but there put the sec one? no metter where i put the com allways the same volt of 0,734 (no matter if shorten or not)
 
Second one (black wire from DMM) always goes to ground, except when noted.

yep this was the first i did, but like i said, allways the same result... no matter if shorten or not. no changes if you moove the trimmer in all directions
