ABOUT very compact microQ compatilble sound module with USB2.0 (no midi out/thru) - very close to the stromberg, Blofeld includes all Microwave XT Wavetables, of course your can't load legacy XT/MW2 sounds because it has a different structure (wave env, logical operators on mod slots etc.) - anyway a big plus. btw: XT waves are 60 in a table, the Qs Wavetables are 128.
The Keyboard imports and plays Samples, the desktop version needs a 99€ update.
16slot modmatrix incl OSCs as source, so it make a fine FM Synth, too.

ABOUT Liest microQ Sounds und hat USB 2.0, dafür keinen Midi out/thru, sonst auch dem Stromberg ähnlich. Sehr kompakt für live. Hat alle Microwave XT Wavetables an Bord, nicht aber die Struktur des XT, daher läd er auch keine XT Sounds, dennoch nettes Feature.
Der Clou: Blofeld KB kann Samples importieren und abspielen, beim Desktop ist das optional (99€).

DETAILS routing and FX limited and no digital out, compared to the big Q series. LFOs range up to 2600 Hz , midi syncable, 4 multistage ENVs make real FM possible since all OSCs can be used as source and the "fast modmatrix" allows 8slots for OSC routing. the 2 Wavetables consist of 128 Waves from the Q and all Microwave XT Wavetables are in there, too (no editor so far for your own waves). has brilliance paramter for waves and all standard waveforms. FX contain delay, reverb and vocoder etc. a nice analog step type of sequencer but hard to use in multimode.

DETAILS routing und FX etwas eingeschränkt, es fehlt auch der digitalausgang im vergleich zum großen Q. lfos gehen bis 2600 Hz, midi synchronisierbar, 4 mehrstufen-Hüllkurven machen sogar echte FM möglich (jeder OSC kann als Quelle dienen und es gibt eine "fast Modmatrix" mit Noise und OSCs als Quellen, 16 Slots), Die Wavetables haben 128 Waves plus die 60-Wavetables fassenden XT Waves. FX: hall, delay, vocoder etc. es gibt einen bord sequencer, ist jedoch im multimode etwas umständlich, dafür aber als analogstepper gedacht.

SOUND like microQ - even better, live (small!) has XT Waves, so works fine for evolving sounds and cool pads
SOUND wie (und besser als) microQ, sehr klein - daher sehr livetauglich - sehr gut für digitale flächen und PPG-sounds, da waves vom XT mit drin sind!
