Compatibility
MPC 2.10.1 Desktop Software is now compatible with the new MPC Studio.
MPC 2.10.1 Desktop Software is now compatible with macOS Big Sur. It runs on macs
with Apple Silicon under Rosetta 2.

Desktop Software
The MPC 2.10.1 desktop software includes MIDI maps for popular Ableton, Arturia, Korg,
M-Audio and Native Instruments controllers.

Firmware
This release is for MPC One, MPC Live Mk2, MPC X, MPC Live hardware.

New Features
MPC now supports the new MPC Studio controller. MPC Studio is the first MPC with a
touch strip, giving expressive control over levels, notes, pitch bend and more, including
the new Touch FX insert effect.

Touch FX Plugin
Designed to work seamlessly in conjunction with the MPC Studio touch strip. Touch FX is
a multi-effect plugin with 10 different fx chain configurations giving quick access to beatrepeat,
turntable, delay, filter and modulation effects.

Das Touch FX Plugin ist natürlich auch in den anderen MPCs verfügbar (getestet auf meiner One) und wird dann über das/den Touch (sic!) screen gesteuert...

Es sind 10 verschiedene Effektypen innerhalb des neuen "Touch FX" Effektes.

Achtung, das ist NICHT das Update 2.10 sondern schon die 2.10.1 (!).
Die (deutschen) Release Notes sind noch von der 2.10.

Ganz schön dämlich, das WIN Update wird als ZIP-File runtergeladen, obowhl es eigentlich eine Exe sein sollte.
Hab das mehrfach runtergeladen und nich öffnen können Habs dann mal probehalber umbenannt, dann gings.

Zum Mixen kann man Subgruppen anlegen. Die lassen sich auch muten und/oder mit Effekten belegen etc..

Was wäre denn Dein Ziel durch das Gruppieren?

Das ist auf unterschiedliche Weise möglich. Ich würde da mit Subgroups arbeiten. Hall dann wohlmöglich als SendFX, Compressor einzeln auf Kick und Snare...

Morgen kommt das neue Firmware-Update. Ich würde mir einen verbesserten Workflow für midi learn beim standalone Modus wünschen.
Habt ihr eigentlich auch Probleme mit double triggering der MPC One pads, bei mir passiert das leider sehr oft.
Ich habe mir gerade einen Midi Fighter bestellt, ich hoffe dass mir die Haptik mehr zusagt als die Klassischen Gummi-Pads.

Ich habe ein Problem beim updaten. Und zwar wenn ich den Update Mode wähle wird die mpc vom pc nicht als USB Gerät erkannt. Edit: Problem gelöst. Musste den pc nur neu starten. Dann wurde die MPC erkannt.
