Hello ryktnk, nice to have you here! Since you mentioned (electromusic-thread) that those switches are not easily to come by I'd think it fine to offer PCB, pic and switches as a package. At least I'd be interested in such a bundle. Depending on the price.

Does the sequencer run on +/-15V?

Maybe, I see how many switches I can find.

But it will work just as well with the rotary type switch, which
is also easier to mount onto a panel.

Yes it runs on +/- 15v, but also will work fine [i think] on +/-12v
but the CV range will be different to the 3v/5v range, so some
small adjustment to a couple of resistors if this is important.
