very interesting new feature from apple will come in the next update for iDevices, it will contain MIDI and MIDI via USB handling. I did not really expect them to do that, so I am surprised. USB? yes, thats the connector on all of them. so in fact all iDevs got USB, the only Hardware-MIDI-Interface für iDevs is the one from Line6 (see Interface link below).
