the MPC Element is a controller, so the MPC name may be a bit misleading – basically it’s real pads and transport controls. like the MPCs it has 3 colour LED lit pads. Anyway it is made for DAWs. it has a built in MIDI interface, note repeat – don’t know if it works maybe it could work with iPads as well since it looks a lot like MPC Fly..
