Nur Spekulation: es könnte auf Demucs basieren, was offenbar einen gut funktionierenden Algorithmus bietet. Dieser ist Opensource und soll auch bei Tracktion/Juce genutzt werden. Demucs verwendet U-Net Convolutional Architecture, was wiederum auch Anwendung der Bilderkennung findet.

Oder die MPC schickt die Daten an AKAI, wo Server die Audiodaten prozessieren, in Stems separieren und wieder an die MPC zurück senden?
 
Im Video wird doch gesagt, dass es erst in der (Desktop) Software kommt und dann "Standalone"?

Je mehr, ich darüber nachdenke, desto mehr habe ich da Bock drauf.

Mir fallen spontan zig Loops ein, die ich stundenlang mit Filtern geknechtet habe, um bestimme Stellen einigermaßen brauchbar zu extrahieren.

Kennt jemand noch den Alesis Vocal Zapper 😂

Soll sich wohl wie mit flex beat verhalten dass die das standallone implementiern sobald es in der software vernünftig läuft.

Bin mal gespannt benutze zur zeit virtuell dj für stems .
Und bei mp3 klingen die einzelnen stems halt schon grenzwertig xD
das coole bei v dj is das man die wiedergabegeschwindigkeit schon beim absamplen verstellen kann

OT: Weiss zufällig jemand wie viele Threats ich in der mpc software mit nem I9 prozessor einstellen kann?😅

hatte ich aber so verstanden..
wieso wird das vorgeführt in der kiste , wenn es erstmal so gar nicht funktioniert?
verlangt akai demnächst für bugfixes auch geld?

Ich hatte bisher den Threadtitel an die jeweilige OS Version und das Releasedate angepasst.
Das war bewusst so gemacht, damit User auf einen Blick sehen können, was der letzte Preis Stand ist.
Der Titel wurde nun von einem der Admins auf (das generische) Akai MPC OS Updates geändert und somit entfällt diese Information, was ich bedauere.
Ich bin mir nun nicht mehr sicher, ob ich das erste Posting weiter aktuell halten soll oder das nun jemand anderes übernehmen möchte?

Feature improvements


  • On standalone you can now set a project to be automatically loaded after startup. To set an auto load project, go to Preferences > Project Load/Save and use the Auto Load File field. To clear it, tap the X button.
    • If the Preferences > Project Defaults > New Project Dialog is set to Off then the project will be loaded on startup.
    • If the preference is not set to Off, then choosing Empty Project from that dialog on startup will result in the following:
      • If there’s an auto load project, MPC will load the auto load project.
      • If there’s no auto load project, MPC will create an empty project.
      • If there’s an auto load project, hold SHIFT and press Empty Project, to bypass the autoload and create an empty project.
    • MPC Key 61 and Key 37 now have a chord function.
      • Play a chord on the keybed and then press SHIFT + LATCH to enter Chord Mode. Now any key pressed on the keyboard plays the learned chord shape transposed to the pressed note. Note the first note pressed in a chord is the ‘home’ note with respect to the transposition.
    • On standalone you can now download plugin content to the internal drive. From Preferences > Activate Plugins go to the Content Download Drive section and change the selected drive to Internal.
    • The shift state of the UNDO button, REDO, now has clearer visual feedback. Whilst holding SHIFT:
      • If you can redo an operation, the button is lit full bright.
      • If you cannot redo an operation, the button is lit dim.

    Stability and reliability
    • MPC Software will now launch successfully on Windows computers with CPUs that have a very large number of cores e.g. AMD Ryzen Threadripper series chips.
    • An issue that caused the Wi-Fi enable/disable button in Preferences to be inaccessible has been corrected.
    • Graphics for instrument expansions now appear correctly in Sounds pages.
    • An issue that caused the MPC Key 37 keyboard to become unresponsive has been corrected.

    Known issues
    • Some users of MPC Software with macOS Sonoma on some Intel-chip Macs may experience the software GUI becoming transparent. This issue is being addressed by our developers; at this time, users that encounter this issue will need to restart their computer to restore correct MPC Software GUI display.

Jemand Erfahrung mit Midi Controllern wie z.b. Novation Launch Control? Muss man hier vorher Midi CCs mappen, oder kann man direkt loslegen und an der MPC verwenden?
 
Mpc Stems sind am Start🙌

+neues firmwareupdate und desktopupdate

stems Leider erstmal nur für die Software kostet 10 euro und gestern ist erst mal der akai server abgestürzt
sodass ich stems zwar kaufen konnte aber noch nicht aktivieren.

Werd heute mal schauen.

Endlich Expansion demos samplen und dann die stiele trennen 😏🤣

da lacht der geldbeutel ^^
 
Update: Stems funktioniert jetzt bei mir.

Direkt mal ne 3 minuten mp3 reingeladen und ich muss sagen die qualität gefällt mir für ne mp3.

Da kann virtual dj oder der koala sampler echt einpacken

Damit kann man arbeiten 👌
