hilfe beim midi to din interface benötigt

ich bau mir grad das hier http://www.colinfraser.com/m2d/m2d.htm

bzw habs gebaut und hab da noch ne frage.

ich zitire mal:

A switch controls which direction it should operate in - the DIN socket switches between input and output as required.
The code can also be used in the original configuration for MIDI to DIN only - just tie the mode select pin high.

das interface funst nämlich soweit, nur bleibt der slave nicht immer stehn und läuft auch nicht wirklich auf der 1 los. wenns mal läuft gehts einwandfrei....

was meint der gute colin damit?

mit an die 5 volt anschließen?

war einfach die abschirmung vom interface und die schlecht geätzten leiterbahnen.

hab die mängel beseitigt und jetze gehts einwandfrei!!!

wollte mir das dingens demnaechst auch mal bauen... funktioniert die DIN->MIDI richtung da gut? falls du das zufaellig mal ausprobierst
