Hi what kind of Groovebox are you using , I use a rythmwolf but i think I play it in the wrong key . Any Tips?

Ahoi Mr Admiral,

I use a Korg ESX-1 with smard media slot as a MPC, but personally I think other brands would do the job either.
I think the rythmwolf is analog. So you have to put it in the refrigerator or on the radiator for a while to adjust the tune and after a little while...voila...it is in tune, so that you have the perfect pitch and it will play any song in the right key. I would not recommend the use of Q-Tipps. They make scratches on the surface!

oh , thats not good news , i always brushed my rhytmwolf with q-tipps and my rabbit . no . the rabbit liked it a lot .
but too me always the question ringing in my head , why you connect teh esx 1 from the refrigiator to the mpc ??
mpc must be connected to the tv , back to the microwave straight in your email adress who confirms that you are the musican who plays trough the van , its hot down under....

stay in tune and watch out , tke care and dont drive to fast . it is dangerous......

I am sorry. But this workstation is not for sale. I had have to pay a shitpile of money for the keyboard itself and a huge amount of extra "near mint vintage taxes" cause it has real inbuild analog buumbumm drums from the medieval. But I will upload a song in the next hour that I made with the device, so you can sample some of the sound it makes.

Although I still haven't got a TV- Set and no electric kitchen stove here are two other tracks I made with a pair of grooveboxes. But before I connectet the boxes togehther I had to download Sunshine Ruby,- she was famous in the fivties I think, when she had some gigs with Elvis-, converted her into mono and then I scliced her into little pices, witch may sound more gory than it really was, but I had to to this to make her fit in the slot of the groovebox. So the voice you can here in the tracks is the voice of Sunshine Ruby. I hope I don't get in trouble with the sample- police for that:

So, nachdem heute noch kein Schreiben einer Abmahnkanzelei wegen der Sunshine RUby Samples im Briefkasten war, bin ich zuversichtlich, dass aus dieser Richtung da nichts mehr kommt. Puh!

Dann kann es ja munter weitergehen. Heute geht es um Beton. Ich hoffe man erkennt bei dem aufwendig gestaltetem visuellem Artwork, dass es sich bei der Figur, die von rechts ins Bild ragt, um das Hinterteil eines Betonmischers handelt, aus dem sich gerade eine Fuhre Beton entlädt. Platsch!. Irgendwie ist das auch ganz schön fummelig mit der Maus zu malen und das alte Paintbrush von Win 3.1 war irgendwie besser. Wie auch immer...

Die Musik selbst ist nur mit so einer Talentbox gemacht. Ich hoffe, dass das Glöckchen Gebimmel nicht zu sehr auf den Wecker geht.Thomas gefällt der Track jedenfalls:

oh, Danke für das Kompliment. Ist eine kleine Casiotonie (MT 70) mit Akustikgitarre. Das Soundgeschwirle im Hintergrund und das Glockenspiel ist aus dem Yamahah PSS 390.

Ach so ein Mist, wegen der 10 Jahre zu spät. Aber was soll es?! Zu dem Zeitpunkt waren die Cassetten ja auch schon ca. 10 Jahre alt. Mit dieser Art von Musik jetzt noch mal durchzustarten erscheint mir inzwischen auch unangemessen. Ich höre schon die Kids auf Konzerten rufen:"Eyy, holt den Hardrockopa von der Bühne...!"

Mit zu abgebrüht meinst Du sicherlich, dass Du schon allein von Dir aus eine gewisse Durchsetzingsfähigkeit mitbringst, um Dich im Straßenverkehr gegen "die Konkurenten" zu behaupten und auf derartige Remmidemmi- Sounds quasi als Kriegstanzmusik verzichten kannst, oder wie? Für mich wäre das auch nix zum Autofahren. Viel zu bleifüßig die Musik. Der Straßenverkehr macht mich ja so schon ganz aufgekratzt und hibbelig. Aber zum Putzen (hartnäckige Flecken) höre ich sowas auch mal wieder ganz gerne.

"Aber ich könntes ja mal ausprobieren." Schuster bleib Deinen Leisten, rate ich Dir! Die Straßen im Schwarzwald sollen kurvig und steil sein, habe ich mal gehört!

An dieser Stelle ich möchte ich aber noch einmal die Gelegenheit ergreifen und die Herabwürdigung von dem Filmkunstwerk "Godzilla" widerrufen bzw. mich dafür entschuldigen.

Ich war mal mit 'nem Kumpel in der Disco. Schon ziemlich lange her. Und ich damals noch so voller Gier nach Gear, immer am Hefte Lesen, welche die Gier nach Gear noch verstärken bzw. verschlimmern, anstatt mir mal für das Geld ,was die Heftchen gekostet haben, 'n anständiges Kabel oder zwei zu kaufen, war also in der Zeit immer meinen Kumpel am Vollwundern, was es alles für tolles Geld für verrückte Sachen zu kaufen gibt, die man unbedingt braucht, damit man endlich loslegen kann mit seiner Musik, und wir standen so in der Disco, 100 Leute um uns herum, Musik total Laut, dass man sein eigenes Wort nicht verstanden hat, und die Discomusik böllerte aus den Discoboxen, grandiose Discomusik und anstatt das Tanzbein zu schwingen, fange ich mit der Gier nach Gear in mir drinne und völlig hirngewaschen von diesen ganzen Heftchen mit dem tollen Gear drinne, so in Hochglanz und so, fange also wieder an rum zu spullern und meine so zu meinem Kumpel, dass der Drumsound mit ‚nem Oberheim DMX gemacht würde und er so darauf, weil er wegen dem Höllen Discolärm nix verstanden hat:“Hääääh…waahaas?. .. Obermaier BMX!?“
