Pressetext. Info zum Modor NF1k - dem Keyboard
Modor Music launches the Modor NF-1k.
Our NF-1 digital polysynth is already in production since 10 years. With the NF-1k (the 'k' stands for 'keyboard') we now bring a keyboard version of the NF-1 to the market.
Ist der NF-1k anders oder NF-1 mit keyboard ?
yes, but it's more. it contains an
extra voice board, that
doubles the
polyphony to
16 notes, makes the NF-1k
2-part multitimbral,
it is like having 2 NF-1s in a single housing.
NF-1k also adds a
UNISON, a
CHORD mode, a
HOLD mode and extensive synchronisable
ARPEGGIO.
All necessary buttons are added to the frontpanel, according to Modor's hands-on philosophy.
NF-1k has a
Fatar polyphonic aftertouch keyboard (
49 keys),
a large
touchstrip for pitch bends, and
2 smaller touchstrips for modulation.
Specs:
- 73x51x14cm, ~12kg
- 49 weighted keys (Fatar)
- Polyphonic aftertouch
- 50cm touch strip for pitchbend
- 2x 10cm touchstrip for modulation

The NF-1k is not yet in production, we show our prototype to the world at Machina Bristronica today. But the hardware design is ready, and so we're about to start production. The price is not entirely determined yet, but it should be ~2950€, VAT included.
Time before Machina Bristronica was very short to prepare better pictures and demos, you can expect more on our website and social media channels in the coming days and weeks.
