Suche House-Track mit 'Tonight the ... are watching' Vocals

Ich höre momentan öfter mal den "Housemusique"-Stream bei bei netmusique.com.
Ja, ich weiss, da gibt's nen Forum, aber da kann ich mich nicht registrieren, weil bei mir kein Captcha-Bildchen angezeigt wird.

Ich suche da nämlich einen Track aus dem "2007MiniMix".

Beschreibung:
Hört sich teilweise ein bißchen 80s-Pop-mäßig an, aber halt im House-Gewand, dazu singt ne männliche Stimme, die ich aber aufgrund von starken Effekten kaum verstehe, irgendwas in der Art:

the (hells???) are watching
as you (?) beneath the waves

Also "hells" ist wohl definitiv falsch, wär ja sonst komplett blödsinnig.

Der Track direkt danach ist so ein bißchen Reggae-mäßig (aber trotzdem House) mit den Vocals:

the party just begun ...

Mehr krieg ich leider nicht auf die Reihe, aber es geht ja eh um den ersten Track, nicht um den danach. Nur falls sich jemand den Stream auch mal anhören will.

Vielleicht weiss aber schon jemand, welchen Track ich suche?
