Just had the chance to see both live which is quite rare, .. both brought minimalistic setups, all took place in a (red coloured) cinema – Frank Bretschneider  very intresting to see Frank had the Octatrack and did almost all the music on it, the Mac Pro (yes, it had the older keyboard, so it must be an early intel one, thanks to the comment it is NOT a PowerPC Powerbook since it has a Magsafe Connector < – updated) – very much on the spot!! this is from 1955 by Hugh Le Caine (Dripsody, per nastro magnetico), if you search for him, you’ll find him being a synthesizer pioneer – and well – here’s his music of THAT time when others listend to a bunch of guitar based crap you won’t want to even be mentioned here.. this is based on one single recording of a drop of water, you might imagine that samplers weren’t even sold 10 or 15 years later, so… triggered by: Forum • Tropfen, Bubbles, so realistisch wie möglich.
