rumours on Apple Tablet – no OS X but iPhone OS only
They say, the tablet is based on iPhone OS. So this is not really something that might really be interesting to musicians. there are some nice toy apps for the apple phone and ipod touch, but since it is a very „locked“ and proprietary system this may not be the one for us, but possibly it could be nice as a controller if they had some nice ideas. but you never know. tablet doesn’t mean touch, it means you may need a „pen“. do you want to control your softgroovebox…

Tja, es ist mal wieder soweit. Mein altes PS funktioniert nicht mehr und es muss ein Ersatz her. Es gibt jetzt 2 Optionen. Pixelmator oder das neu angekündigte Adobe Photoshop Elements 8? Das echte PS ist mir zu teuer. 1k€ ist nicht mehr akzeptierbar. Muss aber schon mehr als nur Hobbyzeug machen. Wird wohl wieder PS werden. Aber ich bin ansich offen für neue Hersteller. Gimp ist leider eine Katastrophe, dafür umsonst. Aber man braucht echt viel länger für alles oder es geht nicht. Achja: Nebenbei kündigt man uns 4-Kern Prozessoren…

Aus persönlicher Freude und damit ich’s nicht vergesse, dieses wundervolle Kleinod an Techologie. Ich bin schon eine Weile geflasht davon, und ausgereifter als eeePC und sowas.
