Bitwig Studio is in here, it may look like a normal Maschine, but is is really just Bitwig in use here, looks very interesting to us grooveboxers, right? So there’s something in the making that may be able to be controlled by „any“ controller.. something I put on my wishlist years ago.. -> UPDATE:  26.3.2014 is the time when Bigwig will be released and the price be announced. also will be shown at NAMM 2014 – and the Musikmesse is also right there (12-15.3.)  UPDATE 2: CDM says it’ll be 299€…

those touch sensitive keys called Evo went in the Musikmesse at 2800€, but now they can be aquired for 1199€. endeavour GmbH – note that the missing wheels can be set that way: choose the first C – assign Mod Wheel to it, second key (D or C#) and assign it to Pitch Bend – relative or absolute – there you go. – and also note – those keys are much longer / larger than normal piano or synth/weighted keys, at least to have more room – they got a different feeling…

Musikmesse 2012 – Beat Thang – for no reason I did not met them at the Messe – thats why I don’t have it listed in the synthDB yet, but this explanation of the machine is detailed so why not posting it here. drum machine. not that Bender at 12:00 – this is quite unique, hard to find on a drum machine. but seems not velocity sensitive. anyway – a longer pattern seems no problem. here’s how to slice and chop loops.. Groß / quite big Knobs -Studiologic, and one nice thing – the very very small mini sequencer of the size of a finger, and the little 800€ nintendo-style arranger kdj.. some shots at our synthesizer-magazin booth and all you may want to see.. more: Diva Softsynth as Hardware – Trautonium „Clones“ at Hall 5.0 – Buchla 200e distribution in germany (everyone: yeah!), modular controller by Livid, the very very tiny sequencer from eowave and a sequencer called reon, and don’t forget: peace!! everything vintage was located at our booth (synmag.de)…

the 199€ – Monotribe – Sort of extended Monotron with small 8step Sequencer. ITmedia：/news/articles/1104/01/l_sk_korg.jpg. reports a new synth meanwhile Rolands „Jupiter80 (Video)“ Page links to a Musikmesse counter. If it’s really this design it may just be a Workstation which does not remind of a that Jupiter that you might expect under that Name. No DBeam but about 3k€ price tag.
