Dave & John sprechen über FM, Anlass ist das Update für den Prophet 12 mit nun linearer FM. Und er ist Entdecker der FM, wie er sagt. Erfinder kann man auch sagen. Aber er ist bescheiden. FM ist in großer Diskussion im Forum zur Zeit ..natürlich wegen Yamaha Montage dem 8OP FM Synth (über den mn in etwa weiss, dass er einem FS1R recht nahe kommt, aber noch keine Details außer denen im Beitrag), Reface und Steuerbarkeit von FM ganz allgemein: Wie steuert Ihr eure FM-Synths? oder reicht es auch etwas einfach wie in Korgs Volca FM..…

this allows the use of 240 FM Oscillators. It’s NOT a DX7, but John Chowning once had a hard time to do this, so that was in 1977, now it’s time for an app that does all of it – still wish for a nice 6OP FM DX7/FS1R/SY99 kind of app! I love FM, I will always love you!!
