Bin gerade noch einmal per Archiv.org in den Dezember 2014 zurück gereist da mir irgendwie noch in Erinnerung war das die meine E-Mail u.s.w. wollten.

The Record Label is "August Day Recordings". The Record Label is providing you with a copy of the Multitrack Stems for the 2014 Recording of "Fade To Grey" as performed by Visage (The "Stems") under the following conditions;
The Stems are provided to your in a personal listening capacity or if you should to use the Stems within a new recording either as a sample as remix (hereby defined as a "Your Remix) then the following will apply; You must not allow anyone to feature (including but not limited to vocalists and instrumentalists) who you do not know. You must obtain the consent of anyone who does feature in Your Remix. Your Remix must not contain any illegal, obscene, racist, defamatory or sexual material, any material likely to offend any person or any material likely to infringe any person's rights of privacy. You shall have a non-exclusive limited licence to use the Stems to create Your Remix solely for personal use (unless agreed in writing by the Record Label). Any use whatsoever of the Stems (or any part thereof) for any other use will be a breach of these Terms and Conditions and a breach of copyright. The Record Label shall own Your Remix and the following wording transfers ownership of Your Remix to the Record Label and allows the Record Label to exploit Your Remix (or not) without further reference or payment to you; a) you hereby assign to the Record Label the all rights in Your Remix with full title guarantee free from all encumbrances charges and liens and the Record Label (and its licensees and assignees) shall have the exclusive right to change, edit, overdub and exploit Your Remix and all versions edits and derivatives thereof throughout the World (or not, as the Record Label see fit) and to authorise others so to do without further reference or payment to you or reference or payment to the People In Your Remix and the Assistants; b) you grant the Record Label all consents to enable them (or any third party they may chose) to fully exploit Your Remix. You agree that Your Remix may be used in connection with third party advertising, branding or endorsement; The costs you incur in creating Your Remix and complying with these Terms and Conditions are solely your responsibility. If you do not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions and as a result, the Record Label suffers loss or damage, you shall on our demand reimburse the Record Label for such loss/damage.
By downloading the Stems, you understand that you are submitting personal data about you to the Record Label including your email address. You consent to the Record Label storing that data and using the data for the purposes of promotion of releases on the Record Label and by associated artists. Any personal data relating to you will be stored and used by the Record Label solely in accordance with all current applicable data protection legislation and best practise. The Record Label is the "data controller". The Record Label would like to be able to keep you informed about the Artist and Record Label and their activities. The Record Label would also like to be able to share your email address with the Artist so that the Artist may keep you informed of their activities from time to time. By agreeing to these terms you would like the Record Label to use your email address in either / both of these ways.
No representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions apply. The Record Label shall have no liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your participation in the download of the Stems (including any damage to the your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in, or downloading of any materials or software in connection with use of the Stems).
