2026-08-22 - Version 6.6.2
- Fix: ARP retriggered an instrument that had already been turned off with KILL/OFF
- Fix: Sampler - STA on the same row as an instrument trigger did not restart envelopes
- Fix: Firmware Update - Settings and project autosave are written after confirming, before restart
- Fix: Mute/solo after boot let the first notes of muted tracks through
- Fix: RMX FX command - Tracks in song selection loop mode continued past the loop region
- Fix: EQ View - Spectrum briefly showed the next instrument when switching, even if it used a different EQ or none
- Fix: EQ View - Mix / FX EQ switched to bank 00 after a display reset
- Improved: EQ View - Spectrum now includes left and right (was left only)
- Improved: EQ View - Improved spectrum visuals

- Fix: A note without INST after OFF/KILL replayed the last instrument and restarted envelopes
- Fix: Table notes after OFF/KILL retriggered the instrument
- Fix: Macrosynth PLUCKED / similar models kept ringing after a new INST following note OFF
- Fix: RMX was not working correctly when controlled track's playheads wrapped

Das ist ja mal echt ne Überraschung.
Auch dass die Daten kompatibel sind zwischen der M8 Hardware und dieser App - echt supercool.

Quick 6.6.3 B hotfix out for M8 Hardware. Thanks for the bug reports @M8s - iOS app has also been updated to 1.0.3 for fixes reported, it is pending Apple review (Probably in the next day). Thanks for the bug reports!

Ich hatte gehofft, dass der MX ähnlich dünn ist wie der M8, aber mit den Encodern und Fadern ist das wohl nicht machbar.

Heute ist ein Update der M8 App mit AUv3-Unterstützung erschienen, d. h. der Tracker läuft jetzt auch als Plug-in in AUM und anderen Hosts.

Und der gute Tim denkt auch schon drüber nach, ob er AUv3 Plug-ins als External Instruments in den Tracker einbinden kann.

Ich finde die App echt krass genial umgesetzt. Auch die Bedienung per Touch funktioniert gut. Hab mir aus Neugier trotzdem einen Billo-Gamecontroller gekauft, in den ich mein iPhone einklemme und schon fühlt sich das Ganze wie ein richtiges Hardware Instrument an. Macht echt Spaß, ist super-portabel und funktioniert sogar in AUM. Mir war auch noch gar nicht so bewusst, wie gut mein iPhone eigentlich klingt…😁

Kurze Frage. Ist model:2 immernoch so "picky" was die SD Karten angeht? Hat jemand eine Empfehlung für 64GB? 32 wäre vielleicht auch ok...

2026-10-05 - Version 6.6.3 D
- Fix: MIDI sync input with SPP (song position pointer) - M8 started one 16th note behind the sender at non-zero song positions
- Fix: Trig envelopes were improperly reset by new note triggers on the destination instrument

Headless has also been updated to 6.6.3 D
