I made that 8 bits sound with my BOSS DR-110 and the SYB-3 "Wave Shape" mode :

Very cool tunes! I like this kinda music. No Wargame rocks the most in my opinion. It reminds me of a track Alec Empire did. The Gameboy Off-Show. Maybe you know the track.
