Hi guys,
I mainly use my RM1x for live sessions and for jamming around in my studio. Recently I thought about arranging a whole song on the machine using Pattern Chains.
I know about the problem that the RM1x sends midi program change data if a channel has no voice selected (phrase *** ***).
When I enter the Pattern Chain mode and want to select a user pattern I always have to scroll through all (Yamaha) preset patterns. This is totally annoying because my whole gear receives midi program changes then.
I don't see any chance not to scroll through the preset patterns but maybe I overlook something? Or maybe there's a totally different way I should use for arranging a song? (Based on patterns, so I think the Song mode is not the right thing for me)
Any comments?
