TouchKeys Multi-Touch Musical Keyboard by Andrew McPherson is a controller overlay that allows to track the finger position on the key – the one I ever wanted. Since this is a Kickstarter project it is not yet available but you could do it.. but it’s for large Keys, not for mini sized ones (Microkorgm etc) – I wish this feature would be standard on all keyboards on the world and freely assignable. these send MIDI Controllers via USB. so, nun ist der im SynMag und auf der Messe angekündigte Waldorf Nave. Das ist eine iOs App auf Basis von Wavetables und ist sowohl in seiner Komplexität mit Modmatrix und Wavetable-Synthese als auch sonst ein eigenständiger Synthesizer – natürlich drängt sich der Vergleich mit dem PPG Wavegenerator auf, der nun seinen Erfinder Wolfgang Palm als Konkurrenz hat. Allerdings ist dies nun basiert auf die 3D Darstellung der Waves und es gibt eine Abteilung für Formant-Spectrum Manipulation. Dazu mehr, wenn ich die App selbst mal in Betrieb sehe. Knapp 11€…

something new approaching, also synthtopia asks for the MS20 to come back in form of a real synth.. if so, I ‚d still answer the same when I saw that controller first- make this thing sound just as it is, add octave shift keys and program change and give it 4-8 voices polyphony and a nice double full blown envelope and FM for those OSCs and it could be something very very cool…The Korg MINI MS-20 Monophonic Synthesizer (NAMM Rumor) – it’s now confirmed, there IS a $599 MS20 analog…

Da es wohl ein paar noch nicht mit bekommen haben – Aber die Behörde GEMA hat offenbar doch noch einen Restfeedbackkanal und sie tun zunächst mal dies: Forum • GEMA Neue Gebühr ausgesetzt bis Ende 2013. Das ist zwar ein kleiner Schritt für einen Menschen, aber für die GEMA ist es quasi Interaktion und der größte Schritt der Menschheit. Vielleicht ist nach dem 21.12. ja da die Liebe ausgebrochen und die Einsicht..?
