(Spoken newscast sample)
Medical facilities have tried to do everything that they can to prevent attack, going so far as to move underground and into caves. You can see that the bombs were specifically designed to break through those protective barriers, protective mechanisms, and hit the hospitals, destroy hospitals...

hush hush ...

Sleep my baby, sleep
No food and water
I can give you
Sleep my sister, sleep
Those evil men
Might not find us
Sleep my brother, sleep
Hold to your gun
It might save you
I had hoped that it
Would never comе
Would never come to this

Gerade wieder aktuell:

The Human League - The Lebanon (Remastered 2003)

She dreams of 1969
Before the soldiers came
The life was cheap on bread and wine
And sharing meant no shame
She is awakened by the screams
Of rockets flying from nearby
And scared she clings onto her dreams
To beat the fear that she might die
And who will have won
When the soldiers have gone?
From the Lebanon
The Lebanon
Before he leaves the camp he stops
He scans the world outside
And where there used to be some shops
Is where the snipers sometimes hide
He left his home the week before
He thought he'd be like the police
But now he finds he is at war
Weren't we supposed to keep the peace?
And who will have won
When the soldiers have gone?
From the Lebanon
The Lebanon
The Lebanon
From the Lebanon
I must be dreaming
It can't be true
I must be dreaming
It can't be true
And who will have won
When the soldiers have gone?
From the Lebanon
The Lebanon
The Lebanon
From the Lebanon

The Palestinians Are Not The Same Thing As The Rebel Alliance, Jackass (2003)

[Verse 1]
You're so leftist
You're so for peace
You hate the death penalty, but love it in the middle east
Don't know the facts
Just catch phrase words
No different than the Nazi boneheads, the other side just got you first

[Bridge]
Critical thinking?
No thanks, not at all
Admit it. You just like posters of men with machine guns on your wall
Make you feel good?
Make you feel right?
Simplified complexity, it's easy to cheer when it's black and white

[Chorus]
Impressed with your badass
I am impressed with your defiance
Now you do know the Palestinians are not the same thing as the Rebel Alliance?
Impressed with your badass
I am impressed with your defiance
Now you do know the Palestinians are not the same thing as the Rebel Alliance?

[Verse 2]
Say stupid things...
(The U.S. is the only terrorist nation.)
HA HA HAHAHA... Nice education!
Add inane, hip arguments when it comes to your turn
All the while, weakening and invalidating legit concerns

[Bridge]
Critical thinking?
No thanks, not at all
Admit it. You just like posters of men with machine guns on your wall
Make you feel good?
Make you feel right?
Simplified complexity, it's easy to cheer when it's black and white

[Chorus]
Impressed with your badass
I am impressed with your defiance
Now you do know the Palestinians are not the same thing as the Rebel Alliance?
Impressed with your badass
I am impressed with your defiance
Now you do know the Palestinians are not the same thing as the Rebel Alliance?

[Verse 3]
Supposed to be critical!
Supposed to be cynical!
Blind Loyalty!
Dumb Jock-y Political
