I would like to thank Sequencer.de member Feinstrom for giving me the idea for this song. In another post, he described my music:

Subtracting 25 years from 2008, I landed in 1983!

The sound quality on YouTube is HORRIBLE! HORRENDOUS! SHOCKINGLY BAD... but I hope you will still be able to enjoy the video. It is intended as a video response to "Synthpop is Dead". It is NOT a music video. It's supposed to be more of a webcam like experience.

Echt cooler Sound und unheimlich lustiges Video. Sehr geil!

Mein Favorit ist aber immer noch Change. Schön wie der alte Jupi-4 da knurren kann.

Ja, für mich auch ist der Phone Call besonders lustig. Im Hinsicht, hätte ich vielleicht ganz kurz ein Blick ins Webcam machen sollen, als Entschuldigung für die Unterbrechung. Na ja.... Nächtes mal!

Ich denke ich werde bald eine verbesserte Version von Change uploaden. Mittlerweile habe ich was gelernt über Video Codecs, das Bild bei YouTube besser zu machen. Leider kann ich nichts tun gegen YouTubes beschissene Komprimierung!! :-x

Hmm, es gäbe da noch Vimeo, da ist das nicht ganz so klein und bei Googles eigenem alten Videoportal gab es auch bessere Auflösungen. Youtube ist ansich garnicht HiQ. Also, wenns dir um Qualität geht, schau dir mal Vimeo oder sowas an.

Building upon the early works of synthpop masters such as Gary Numan and Vince Clarke, Synthpop's Alive, the debut album by the electro pop band Maison Vague, adds a new twist to an old style. Employing vintage late 70s/early 80s analog keyboard synthesizers alongside cutting edge digital technology, with witty and oftentimes ironical lyrics relevant to life in the 21st century, this collection of songs reflects an eclectic blend of musical influences, distilled and molded into synthpop form, resulting in a unique sound.
