very interesting new feature from apple will come in the next update for iDevices, it will contain MIDI and MIDI via USB handling. I did not really expect them to do that, so I am surprised. USB? yes, thats the connector on all of them. so in fact all iDevs got USB, the only Hardware-MIDI-Interface für iDevs is the one from Line6 (see Interface link below). So this may bring the Pads and Pods a pro-touch and control our synths & computers on a standard, which is good for us…

Es hat lang gedauert, aber Apple Store D hat es bereits drin und wird wohl damit erstmals normal zu haben sein. Damit entfällt für einen Teil der Nutzer der Grund zum Jailbreak. Das soll und wird aber auch kein Versuch, Apples Sperr-Politik super zu finden, aber beim Telefon verständlicher div. „rechenschwere“ Apps so auszubalancieren. Für den geplanten App-Store für normale Macs sehen viele Macoläuse zur Zeit aber eine gewisse Gefahr.
