finally they did something wonderful for all FM Synth lovers like Yamahas DX7 or Software Clones from NI (FM8) or Linplug Octopus (I never owned it, but can play samples additional to the NI one). well, propellerheads version is quite close to work like the original – means – there is one LFO, one Pitch Envelope and all the 6OP goodness you expect. GTECTURE SYNTHESIS FMDCO – they say they have got a new FM Synth? This looks like hardware, but renderings sometimes refer to something software – doesn’t look like „cool ’n‘ easy to edit“ thing, but maybe they’ve found something we do not yet see? it quotes some synths (strangely the Alesis Micron and Minimoog), anyway – have a look.. Ein kleiner Text zu den beiden 4OP – FM Synthesizern die sich anfühlen wie Subtraktivsynthesizer. FM in einfach bedienbar – Ist das heute noch sinnvoll? Hier mein Bericht… Green Box: Korg DS8 und Korg 707. Aus meiner Sicht: Eher unterschätzt, denn schon als 8x Multitimbral-Synth wäre er selbst als Drumsynth mit ner Tribe ER1 breits ein kleiner lustiger Drumcomputer mit originellen Sounds, man muss natürlich die Sounds selbst bauen. Die Presets sind unbrauchbar. Wie immer zu der Zeit ;) Aber klar einer der Teile, die etwas zu unrecht nicht sooo bekannt…
