OT: Da es eine Menge Gerüchte gibt, ob die NanoSIM passt oder nicht für das neue iPhone 5 – die NanoSIM kann man nicht einfach zurecht schneiden wie bisher mit der alten SIM für iPhone 4 und 4s aus einer Standard SIM, aber man kann sie idR leicht bestellen. Die Bestellung erfordert oft Nennung von weiteren Daten, in meinem Falle der PUK (lustig klingtst, wenn PIN und PUK zusammen auf einem Baum sitzen und nach Obst bohren, aber diese Nummer steht in den Unterlagen, alternativ bei Alditalk ist übrigens Nennung…

ok, just to let you know, expected things to come is the new iPhone, the release of iOS6 and possible the iPad mini (same resolution as iPad2 but 7,6′ display), there are rumours about other things but we’ll see if there’s one more thing. the mini iPad or maxi iPod Touch might be nice to be more mobile. Neue Apfelsachen, es werden keine Wunder erwartet, sondern iOs6 und das neue iPhone oder von mir aus iPhone/Neues und vielleicht jetzt aber noch viel(l)eichter etwas später ein iPad Mini mit der Auflösung…

MOTU Mach 5.1 Synth and Sampling

Motu upgraded their Mach5 Sampler plugin. it looks a lot like a competitor to Kontakt now, but it is a full blown synth, not just a player for sampler – it features an FM synth, wavetables and a special IRCAM granular engine like this: a lot of synths now come with different noise types like Massive has or the Casio XWP1/G1 noises it is not just about white and pink – but (possibly sampled) ones: a new reverb, new filter types. multi segment envelopes are also in here as well…
