After many long delays we are now expecting to re-start production of the Synthi A and VCS3 at the end of this month.We only have enough of the original Synthi A cases for 40 units, and when theseare all used-up we intend to redesign this product. Von Aliens Project: EMS Synthi E mit Klinkenbuchsen (sonst Bananen) er schreibt: Heute hab ich meinen Synthi-E von Studiorepair wieder zurückbekommen. Er wurde dort von Mini-Bananas auf Miniklinke umgebaut und ist somit auch mit anderen Synthies kompatibel. Die kleinen Bananstecker taugen eh nix und Kabel mit Miniklinke hab ich eh genug. Zwei zusätzliche Klinkenbuchsen ermöglichen nun die Ansteuerung vom Slider-Keyboard mit einem Patchkabel. So wird aus einem einfachen Synthie, der ursprünglich mal als Schulungsinstrument für Universitäten und Musikhochschulen geplant war, ein richtiges Musikinstrument.
