A traditional Polysynth

This design started out as a sort of clone of the old Crumar Bit 01 design, but I soon realized that it was quite lacking and I couldn't make a good sound engine from it, so after a second attempt at digital oscillators and these failing badly I went with a micro controlled dual analogue VCO design based on AS3340. I wanted to show every parameter of the synth in the displays and managed to get that to respond well to patch changes and parameter updates. It's basically a bi-timbral 8 voice polysynth, dual AS3340 VCOs with autotune and AS3372E polemixing filters similar to the Matrix 12 in configuration, LFO's, noise and envelopes are courtesy of Electrid Druid chips, TAPLFO3, Noise2 and Envgen8C parts. A Teensy 4.1 is used for MIDI notes and parameter management and Waveshare Zeros look after each pair of VCO's and esch display. Again I've used FV1 chips for effects, individual boards for the upper and lower sounds. It follows the same sort of convention as a prophet 5 with a polymod section.
