Red Square midi keyboard control issue

I just started using my JP-8000 to play my Red Square v.1.

I just started using my JP-8000 to play my Red Square v.1. It plays notes fine but the pitches are not correct across the keyboard. The pitches are clustered a bit. I have about 1 octave correct but there are sections of the keyboard that are not in order. What can I do to correct this? thanks.

well, I assume it is not a matter of which keyboard is controlling midi but the calibration of the midi/CV thing.. so one more question: does it beahve the same way when using any other synth?

does it work propperly when controling it via CV?

if not , it may needs adjustment, the red square seems to be well known for tuning and calibration issues.. we had something like this in the old forum and i was a technical problem in the red square..

so you may check for it.. best its to check with an analog synth first (v/oct.)
if that works fine go on with midi to cv check..
