They did it again. A 900€ Macbook (thats the good news) but without firewire (the band news). and it’s of course a cheapo (2.16 Ghz,250GB HD). This is sort of „cheap“ Apple, means it is 300€ more than one of those rigid PC Notebooks. and it is white. simple. so here’s what’s the difference between a Macbook and a Macbook Pro: Firewire. But this time it is a bit cheaper but not as cheap as PC Notebooks, still. MacBook – Apple Store (Deutschland).

Engadget. shows the new iMacs, thinner. The new „Magic Mouse“ looks a bit thin – too thin like most of Apples Mice. Seems it is a cam lens checking the surface. anyway. Seems a nice new start. the new mouse has multi touch functionality which seems to be cool and a good idea. more than that. so it looks like it has no buttons but has in fact a multitouch sensor incl. gesture recognition. RME: Downloads. This fixes some smaller issues with OS X Snow Leopard. It worked fine before, but switching Interfaces without rebooting caused some serious Kernel Panic before, so this is the fix on all drivers. But with my OS X 10.6.X it did not work, going back to the old buggy thing and be warned.
