Gestern wurden neue Betriebssysteme auf der Entwicklerkonferenz WWDC von Apple vorgestellt. Beide werden im Herbst zu uns kommen und die Anforderungen für OS X Yosemite (Aussprache ist übrigens „Yo’Semmitti“) sind ähnlich der für Mavericks (2007er MacBooks und später sind drin und werden laufen) und bei iOS 8 ist es ebenso – alles ab iPad 2 ist dabei. So komme ich persönlich noch gerade um einen Neukauf herum. Ok, Apple did a keynote – WWDC 2014 … updates coming up here as now and after the keynote – news for musicians? well – see this growing.. OS X 10.10 Snow.den Mavericks – no.. it’s -> Syrah -> Yosemite or something … iOS 8 plus X (no1 really knows yet but within 1 hour) it’s final name is OS X Yosemite – a wonderful park (been there, it’s cool) new flat design: dark mode is in as well. ANS Synthesizer Optische Synthese / Metasynth Hardware 1937 gfx to sound

Der russische ANS Synthesizer bringt eine Art optische Synthese.Ähnlich wie Metasynth schaut er sich Bilder an und baut daraus Klänge – das ist ein sehr ausladendes Gerät – 20 Photozellen schauen sich das Bild an, offenbar wie bei einem (Flachbett)Scanner. Die Methode ist somit ein wenig „Vintage“. The GRP Sequencer which is basically an advanced version of the A4 / A8 allows jumps and complex forms of running through the sequence – via Facebook.
