urlaub in polen benutzen den moog taurus 2 und den prodigy, sowie das korg se-300, roland se-201 und se-501 tape echo.

Pics hab ich leider keine... Aber wen es interessiert:
David Henschel (Keyboarder bei Elton John in den 70ern) spielte auf den meisten Alben 'nen ARP 2600 bzw 'nen Odyssey. Auf dem 1970er Album "Elton John" griff der Meister selbst dann bei dem Song "The Cage" zum Minimoog... In den späten 80ern verzichtet Elton John dann zum Großteil auf sein Piano und spielte 'nen DX-7...

| more often than not, you'd just get rubbish out of it.

| gig with five and we could only get one of those to work.

| We started with the Emulator Is - the IIs and the Emulator
| III are still in there. The only way you could get those
| things working half the time was by whacking them with an
| iron bar.

| I think a lot of it was down to the nice little accidents, like
| the knob-twiddling and Gillian starting the Sequencer off in the
| wrong place. None of those things really happen any more. Like
| when you're editing a synth now, you've got to know exactly what
| you want and how to do it. If you want to make it wobble a bit
| more you've got to know which parameters to tweak.

Am lustigsten fand ich es aber, als ich beim TV-Zappen auf einen Auftritt von Kai Tracid sah, wo er "live" ein komplettes System 700 (angedreht war es) als Backline/Deko aufgestellt hat und vorne auf einen Kawai K-4 (der Technosynth schlechthin!!!) gehämmert hat :lol:

yep! HL sind klasse, sie waren bei mir mit sicherheit eine der wichtigsten einstiegsdrogen.. anno "superfrüh".. reproduction ist einfach gemacht aber einfach klasse.. und: sie haben viel http://www.sequencer.de/syns/roland Roland eingesetzt.. ;-)

klar die mode der 80er wirkt heute recht l

klar die mode der 80er wirkt heute recht lächerlich,

aber zum glück war die POP musik zu der zeit nicht so visuell und personenkult mäßig vermarktet. vieles aus der zeit klingt für mich immer noch aktuell. wenn man sich die platten von dm und co anhört steht die musik für sich, im gegensatz zur discomusik aus dieser ära da hat man sofort schlaghosen und klitzer im kopf.

schlimm wird;s dann in 10 jahren wenn man in die jetzige POP music von jlo bis kylie reinhört, die sich ja nur durch aktuelles trendbewusstsein auszeichnet. da lacht man sich über die heut so coolen tanzschritte videoclips und rap-posen warscheinlich ins koma, :D

1) Ich kenne meist die Bands/Projekte/Gruppen und Co nicht,
aber am klang kann man einiges erkennen und zu den synthesizern und klängen kann ich wieder viel sagen.. ;-)

2) daher wäre ein Audiofile gut, das dann einfach mitposten..
der schöne nebeneffekt ist dann auch: ich lerne ob das was für mich ist und mal ne CD von denen sich zu kaufen lohnen würde ;-)

2b) nope, nen audio upload gibts hier leider noch nicht, das wäre zzt zu viel space und rechtlich will ich nicht als raubprovider dastehen.. aber in nem forum und mit diesem zweck reicht ja ein ausschnitt schon.. notfalls auch so ein temporärer gmx oder rapidshare account

3) ein 11khz amazon files ist idR nicht ausreichend für tiefe analysen ... aber für erste grobe aussagen ;-)

4) das ganze kann hier oder im tutorial bereich gepostet werden, wenn du wissen willst, wie man einen bestimmten sounds von XY nachbauen willst..
