a nice combination – the only one of 2 still producing polyphonic analog synths and pittburgh who got nice euro modular systems team up together – not just for NAMM – the really team – so since the Boomstar series this looks a lot like SE going the nerdier way and do not forget the polysynth lovers and new stuff coming some day.. Motu has the well known 828 audio interface series up and running – – it had USB, Firewire and now – it has Thunderbolt -and is named 828x it has all of the connections as it’s predecessors: 8 audio in/out, 2x 8ch ADAT, MIDI in/out etc. – yes, it is still hybrid – USB 2 and TB! 192kHz – and atm the cheapest available – 800€. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4gLmVSfBkQ
