Offenbar überschlägt sich Korg gerade, ein Doppel-LPF (Filter/VCA Kombination) und Wavefolder-Oszillator sowie logische Bausteine findet man im Korg Volca Modular. Die Patchkabelidee wie bei AnywareTinysizer ist nicht ganz neu, aber eine tolle Idee, die einige inzwischen auch verwenden, jetzt also auch Korg. Gute Idee – die 0-Küste breiter zu machen und auszubaggern. Hoffentlich passt das und es fliegt kein Plastik rum. Er hat 2 LPGs, kann Buchla Bongos, hat sogar einen Woggle-Bug mit an Bord, einen Hall (super!) und AR-Hüllkurve. Außerdem ist der Oszillator natürlich mit Waveshaping/Folding ausgestattet, ist aber…

Sample Robot is originally made for mass-sample synths, but it can also send Samples to the Volca without the need for an iPad from your Mac/PC. what it does:   slice loops, makes them single samples, upload and manage those samples and send it to the volca – all in one software.   Korgs Volcas don’t have a MIDI Out Port, but this little Mod (looks simple) called Volcano adds MIDI Out to record all knob teaks to DAWs and MIDI  gear. AM are located in brasil – no price yet, but looks chipless and simple on their picture of it.
