Fixed tap-tempo regression (resets clock division to quarter notes).

5.2 KB CV OUT Mirrors ARP/SEQ CV
In Global Edit mode, hold down A#2 while pressing D#0 to select setting 5.2; then press C0 for OFF or D0 for ON. If ON, then the rear-panel jacks for KB CV, KB VEL, and KB GATE will output the CV/Gate signals produced by the Arpeggiator or Sequencer when the Arp/Sequencer is on.
SysEx Global Parameter ID# 74; Value 0 = Off, 1 = On (Default = 0/Off).
