What's This?

The package brings the Mac OS Firmware Updater v 1.0.0 for Maschine Plus. This is a tool to update the firmware of your Maschine Plus controller.



Firmware Updater for Maschine Plus brings Firmware version 0.1.9 for this device.

Changes in Firmware version 0.1.9:

• Bugfix: MIDI IN stops working

• To run the tool, download it and extract the ZIP to any folder on your computer.
• To enter controller mode, disconnect the power supply from MAS+.
• Connect your MAS+ to your computer via USB.
• Start the Firmware Updater for Maschine Plus.
• FWUpdater for Maschine Plus will guide you through all steps to update the device firmware.

Auto Sampler ist für das nächste Update bestätigt:
Thanks all for your feedback, we always appreciate it. I have one good news to share. The Maschine Plus team is actively working on the auto-sampling feature. It is already a feature coming in the current Maschine 2 software Beta version but requires some extra work for the Plus, so, it's coming for sure, how soon, this we don't know yet.

Ich nehme an, dass man damit schnell und unkompliziert Instrumente über mehrere Oktaven samplen und das Ergebnis ordentlich slicen und mit Namen versehen, bzw. in ein Sample-Instrument, z.B., Kontakt, exportieren kann. Logic, z.B., kann sowas mit Bordmitteln.

Spaß.
Man spielt für einen Samplesound die Jeweiligen Oktavtöne und Anschlagslayer und der Auto-sampler
ordnet einen Sound, über die Tastatur verteilt mit den jeweiligen Layern, automatisch zu.
Funktioniert zB, bei der force schon ganz gut.

Wenn man Glück hat, erzeugt der Autosampler dann auch gleich nahtlose Sustain-Loops. Das funktioniert in Logic über den Penrose-Algorithmus ziemlich gut, in anderen Autosamplern (jedenfalls nach meinen Erfahrungen) eher nicht so.

Man darf halt nie vergessen: Autosampling ist wie ne Dose Ravioli aufmachen. Ein echter Spitzenkoch gibt sich mit sowas nicht ab. Ich bekenne mich klar zur Ravioli-Dose.
