Well, this one is more the preset-kind of thing, but looks like there will be an editor app for ipads, has MIDI and so it might be a good idea and chance to have the quite unhandy H-series Editor (Orville n stuff) to be more usable and touchable, so .. this is a great chance to do it the right way, I did not even see or touch it, so .. one of those things to check out.. the new small MS20 mini is not a fake, it appeared on the Korg.de Site and it seems analog and unchanged, so it’s all analog and controlled by Hertz/V CV. so it is true, it will come for about the price the original Ms20 was sold.. but… no 800€ is cheaper. BUT IT HAS USB and MIDI! $600 street price they say. this is a simple app by Steinberg/Yamaha themselves to (remote) control the newest Cubase version called Cubase iC Pro for iPhone & iPad for 15€. seems not too detailed but „nice“ – but there may be nicer one for the money or a little more ..?

Launchkey is a new little iPad Preset Synth with morphable parameters and a new controller keyboards with 16 pads is released under the same name as well. the launchkey-app is already available at the appstore, since there is already another app named launchpad we’ll see if it will be released under that name – it’s planned to add something to the pads – maybe sooner or later to control ableton live in a launchpad manner?..
