Apple bringt endlich den Trim Support, wenn auch „auf eigene Gefahr“ mit dem letzten Update auf OS X 10.10.4 – es ist ohnehin runder, das WLAN funktioniert wieder zuverlässig und wer Spotify mit Apfel will, kann das damit auch haben. Ganz schön ist auch, dass IOS und OS X jetzt „Spiele danach“ – Listen haben, was auch fürs Auto eine nette Sache ist. Trim braucht man um eine SSD dauerhaft laufen zu lassen, sie würde sonst langsamer, denn TRIM sorgt dafür, dass intern „kaputte“ Stellen übersprungen werden. Das ist normal…

Großer Raum, Viele Ideen. Wir können Klänge bauen, Experimente machen, Fachsimpeln und vieles mehr.  FM Synthese? Modular? Analog? Wir können viel machen, der Raum ist schön groß, eine gute Gelegenheit mal einen „Hackspace“ mit Soundexperimenten zu füllen und Themen auszuarbeiten. Schicke deine Wünsche zu den Themen per E-Mail gleich mit, die dazu passenden Geräte werden mitgebracht bzw.  (du kannst welche mitbringen, musst du aber nicht – bitte, was es auch Spaß macht. Crowdfunding for the Synthex and „Bring Elka Back“ from Finnland failed massively. El Capitan is the name of the new OS X 10.11 (Release: Oct 2015) has some nice updates but more „minor“ stuff like swipe gesture in Mail, and real English questions in finder, spotlight and mail like „find stuff I was working for last june“ – so may fit fine into Siri commands Safari adds audio off if something start noising around it has a mute button and „pins“. and spring open Emails in Mail.
