Ich wollte das Full Kit 3 vorbestellen, der Klick auf "Add to Cart" führte dann direkt zur Paypal-Kaufabwicklung. Es gab danach keine Zurückleitung auf den Shop bei Tubeohm und keine Bestätigungsmail. Kann ich trotzdem davon ausgehen, dass die Bestellung mit allen relevanten Daten dort korrekt hinterlegt ist?

EDIT: hat sich erledigt, Tubeohm hat sich gemeldet.

Hallo Leute , Vorankündigung : Rolf war extrem fleißig gewesen . Es gibt demnächst eine neues großes Firmware update .
Features .
1:) Sequencer kann Midi Clock gesteuert werden . ( update / Bugfixes)
2:) Hüllkurven sind nun 'invers expo' - also nach der Kondensator Ladefunktion . Damit klingt der Sound schön aus . Ev wird die Attack Phase regelbar sein - von expo >> lin>> inv-expo
Dann noch ein kleines Schmankerl. Es wird demnächst eine 2te Firmware für Jeannie geben . Mehr möchte ich nicht verraten . Ich hoffe Herr M ( Gott habe ihn selig ) wird sich freuen .

Du kannst im Tubeohm Shop auch ein Kit bestellen, wo die SMD Teile bereits aufgelötet sind. Den Rest zu löten ist dann ganz leicht.

War nur kurz am überfliegen des Threads, verfolge den Thread nur mit einem Auge, gehöre ja nicht wirklich zur Zielgruppe.

Hallöchen liebe Jeannie Freunde.. :)

Für unsere Jeannie gibt es wieder eine neue Firmware V1.104 Einige Fehler sind beseitigt worden und Exponentielle Hüllkurven sind integriert worden.
Eine Besonderheit bietet die Attack Hüllkurve. Sie kann von ansteigend Exponentiell bis abfallend Exponentiell und linear eingestellt werden (siehe Video).

besteht die Möglichkeit die .Hex Datei als Zip zu erhalten
mein Mac macht Probleme beim Download der Datei,
bei mir läßt sich die .hex Datei nach dem Download nicht in Teensy
laden......
wenn ich die Zip von Tubeohm Lade geht es aber dort ist die neue Version noch nicht

(Sorry I don't speak G e r m a n) Is this the right place to get technical support for the Jeannie HW synth?
I'm have some issues:
1) I don't measure -8 volts. Are there debug steps or tests points to try? The voltage pump IC is in the socket correctly.
2) I installed firmware V1.1.05.X (from the above message). The T41 orange light dimly blinks one time and then stays full on bright orange. Nothing on the LCD screen except full white. I tested the T41 by uploading "blink" sketch and it works.
Any help would be great.

Thank you for your interest in Jeannie. The power supply is very important for correct function.
There can be several reasons for a faulty power supply.

Are 78L09 IC10 and 79L08 IC11 fitted correctly?
Are you using a 12VDC power supply?

we need a liitle more information .
What power supply do you have ?
Than , all Voltages are ok , means 5V , 3,3 V , +8V . This is ok ??
Remove the FX Board . Than test all voltages again .

-8v isn't there .
How it works . + 12 Volt from the Power supoply goes via D 1 direct to the LT1054. Attention there , are the capacitors 10 u tantal and 100 uF in the right direction ?? If not , the LT 1054 don't work .
On the output pin 5 LT1054 you should have round about 10,5...11. volt . This goes via the L3 to the 79L08 , the negative regulator . Du you have take the L . Resistor and Coil looks simila .
Than, normally the LCD works . There is nothing on active parts between the CPU and the LCD . If the LCD doesn't works it can be that there is a short somewhere or a bad solder point ....
If you had buy a complete kit , i had add the 0,66 Firmware . This i had test with your Teensy and it works . Let me know .

I had the 10u tantalum cap in backwards. The power IC LT1054 or 10u tantalum Cap got hot. I removed the 10u tantalum and it is now correct. Did this mistake destroy caps or power IC?

On the output pin 5 LT1054 you should have round about 10,5...11.

Voltage from pin 3 (Gnd) to...

1. Pin 1 (FB/SHDN) = 1.75v
2. Pin 2 (Cap+) = 1.27v to 1.31v
3. Pin 4 (Cap-) = -0.66v
4. Pin 5 (Vout) = -0.57v
5. Pin 6 (Vref) = 2.57v
6. Pin 7 (Osc) = 1.93v
7. Pin 8 (v++) = 11.62v

Power Supply measured 12.42v

I measured the cap values, with no power and IC LT1054 removed:

1. Cap C9 (Tant) = 112.2uF, 40 Mohm
2. Cap C8 Cap = 112.2uF, 40 Mohm * should be the same as C9 in parallel
3. C51 Cap = 101.7uF
4. C38 Cap = 211.7uF
